What a hauntingly precise depiction of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and the exhausting cycle of ritualistic checking. I like how you turned a mundane object like the humble pen into a potentially dangerous weapon. Great pacing too mimicing the racing mind and almost allowing us as readers to experience it. 👌🏼
